Shipping and Handling

Standard shipping normally takes an average delivery time of 20-25 days, at times even more, depending on your location. The price varies depending on the size of your order and where you’re shipping to.

  • Shipping time to the USA , Canada and Australia for normal shipping takes 14-21 days
  • Delivery time to UK & Europe is 5-7 business days. It can take a little longer than that to the UK
  •  Delivery time to Asia and Middle East Countries takes 21-25 days.
  • Delivery time to African Countries takes 21-25 days
What is your return policy?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GLAVA GMBH

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
